Refunds & Payment Processing Fees

If a refund is approved, the refunded amount will be less any non-refundable payment processing fees charged by third-party providers (including, but not limited to, credit card processors, Shopify Payments, PayPal, Afterpay, or other buy-now-pay-later services).

These processing fees are charged directly by the payment provider at the time of transaction and are not refundable to us, and therefore cannot be refunded to the client.

This applies to, but is not limited to:

Duplicate orders
Revised or replacement orders
Order cancellations requested after payment has been completed

Where an error has occurred on our part, a full refund including processing fees will be provided.

We ensure all items are listed correctly online with their dimensions.

Please note, there are no returns or exchanges for change of mind,

Atty artworks are produced using the highest quality products and are professionally checked before shipping.

If you have received a package that is visually damaged or opened, insist that this is noted with the carrier before signing for your order.
